Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 4500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 13500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5000001 ~ 13500000.

Eligibility criteria:
i) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Contractor shall be 5 (five) years.
ii) The minimum specific experience as a Contractor in construction works of at least 1(one) contract of similar nature building construction work successfully completed in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 05 (five) years, with a value of at least Tk 35.00 lakh.
iii) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 106.00 lakh in the last 5 (Five) years.
iv) The minimum amount of liquid asseti.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 52.00 lakh.
v) The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk 40.00 lakh only.
vi) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10% (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
vii) Tenderers shall submit with its tender the following additional documents:
a) Updated income tax clearance certificate.
b) Valid VAT registration certificate.
c) Updated Trade license.
d) Up-to date ABC category Contractor and Supervisory License from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
