Brief Description of Package: Repair & maintenance work of 33/11 KV, 2x16/20 MVA Sub-station such as HT switchgear/ VCB panel, relay protection system, RTCC panel system, HT metering system and Transformer oil test etc.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1333333 ~ 4000000.
Eligibility criteria:
The invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers who satisfy the following:
The Tenderer must have at least 01 (one) successful completion experience of similar (33/11 KV indoor Sub-station) nature works amount not less than Tk. 10.00 (Ten) lac during last 05 (Five) years in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Bodies. The supply completion certificates shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent officer of concern department/organization.
The required minimum average annual construction turnover is Tk. 60.00 (Sixty) lac over the last 05 (five) years (best 03 years of last 05 years). All works completion certificates must be enclosed with the tender.
The required minimum amount of liquid asset/credit facilities shall be Tk. 08.00 (Eight) lac. in prescribed format.
Minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 11.00 (Eleven) lac.
Black listed/ debarred bidders from any Govt./ Semi-Govt./ Autonomous organization will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.
Up-to-date i) trade license, ii) Income Tax clearance certificate, iii) VAT registration certificate, iv) Valid ABC category Electrical contractors and supervisory (ABC) license from electrical licensing board, Government of Bangladesh shall be submitted.
Other required conditions and documents of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act-2006, PPR-2008 and its amendment.
