Brief Description of Package: This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :

A) Reputed Govt. approved contractors/construction firms who have minimum 5(Five)years of general experience in Construction works.

B) Having experience in successfully completion of at least 1(one) no. of similar nature of works worth not less than Tk 9.00 (Nine) Lac only in a single work order in government/semi-government/Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 5(five) years.

C) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5(five)years amounting of Tk 65.00 (Sixty Five) Lac only.Time duration for turnover & experience will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.

D) The minimum amount of liquid asset/ working capital/credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk 13.00 (Thirteen) Lac only supported by Bank certificate against the name of the work. Minimum liquid assets substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh in the format of Form CPTU STD PW2a-3.Failing to submit in PW 2a-3 will make the tender non-responsive. Document submitted in the form along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.

E) The Minimum Tender Capacity is Tk 9.75 (Nine Point Seven Five) Lac

F) Valid and Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate.

G) No JVCA is allowed in this tender & other conditions is as per TDS

H) Up-to dated ABC category contractor & Supervisory License issued from Electrical licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
