Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 11500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3833333 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
(A) Reputed contractors/construction firms/Organization/Authorized agent who have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience in the supply of Goods/Equipments and related services.
(B) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 1(one) number of similar nature of medical equipments as well as other necessary accessories worth not less than Tk.30.00 (thirty) lakh only in a single work order in government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Bodies/Private Organization (in case of Private Organization, the Certificate shall be given by an owner of that Organization) of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years.
(i) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. In case of the work done under any Govt/Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies/Private Organization other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same certificate will be duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
(C) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital or credit Line(s) of the tenderer shall be TK 30.00 (thirty) Lac only supported by bank certificate.
(D) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than TK 30.00 (thirty) Lac during the last [5(Five)] years. All the equipment including other necessary accessories must be supplied within 22nd June as per Project duration.
(F) Updated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate.
(G) All other conditions as mentioned in Section-2 , Section-4 and special terms & conditions must be fulfilled.
