Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 15000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 45000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 15000000 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Reputed Contractors /Construction firms who have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in similar nature (Construction Works of Building) at least 1(one) contract successfully completed in Government / SemiGovernment / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 05(five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 110.00 (One hundred & ten) Lacs.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 125.00 (One hundred & Twenty Five) Lacs in the last 5 (Five) years. In support of average annual construction turnover, payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender. Other types of documents are not allowed.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 140.00 (One Hundred & Forty)) Lacs, in case of Line of Credit, certificates must be submitted in the prescribed Form in PW2(a) (attached) from any scheduled bank without any alteration, and otherwise tender will be considered as non-responsive.
5. The Tenderer must have minimum Tender capacity 130.00 (One hundred & thirty) Lacs. Supporting information must be given as per enclosed form (List of Ongoing works/Current commitments)
6. The intending tenderer must enclose VAT registration certificate, Income Tax clearance certificate, up-to-date Trade license, Up-to-date ABC electric license with supervisory certifice.
All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
