Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 16666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 50000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 20000001 ~ 50000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. This invitation of proposal is open to all companies registered in Bangladesh whose business covers supply, installation and commissioning of IT goods and IT enabled services in Bangladesh within the last 05 (Five) Years.
2. Specific experience of the prime bidder/Tenderer of satisfactory completion of supply and implementation of similar goods of minimum Tk. 02 (two) crore under single contract in Bangladesh in the last 05 (five) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
3. Submit the audited balance sheets for the last 03 (three) years to demonstrate the current soundness of the Bidder’s financial position.
4. Minimum average annual turnover of 4 Crore within the last three (3) year
5. The bidder should have at least one (1) successfully completed Oracle Database related project involving ICT capacity development and system training across Bangladesh in the last 5 years.
6.The tenderer must have well equipped Office, after sales service center(s) in Bangladesh manned by adequately qualified personnel with minimum 2 (Two) Certified Oracle Database equivalent or higher Database Administrator (DBA). The signed CV and proper Document/Certificate should be submitted.
7. The tenderer should have valid TIN (Tax Identification Number), Copy of Income Tax payment certificate, VAT Registration and Trade License. Need to submit the up-to-date Certificates
