Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1500000 ~ 4500000.
Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below:
a) Reputed Contractors/ Construction firms who have minimum 3 (Three) years of general experience in construction works.
b) Having experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub Contractor or Management Contractor is successfully completion of at least 1 (one) Number of Similar nature work (civil construction/repair) Amount in Tk. 10 (Ten) Lakh in a single Contract in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last Three (03) years.
c) The required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 90 (Ninety) Lakh for within the last Three (03) years. Payment Certificates for Contract in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of Average Annual Construction Turnover.
d) The tenderer must have a minimum liquid asset i.e. working capital/Credit line (s) (must be in the form of PW2a-3 in original form which is attached in section 7) of Tk. 18 (Eighteen) Lakh. Other formats/documents are not acceptable.
e) Up-to-date Trade license.
f) Up-to-date Vat Registration certificate.
g) Up-to-date Tax Clearance Certificate.
