Brief Description of Package: Renovation work including the changing of useless electrical wiring in the 12 units of the 3 buildings of staff quarters adjacent to Cox's Bazar Sadar Hospital. During the year 2022-23

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 666666 ~ 2000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) Reputed Contractors/Firms who have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience in construction works.
b) Must have successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of construction works in Government / semi Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (Five) years minimum amounting Tk.7.00 (Seven) Lac only in a single contract. Last 05 (Five) years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
c) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover amounting Tk.10.00 (Ten ) Lac. This must be supported by total certified payment received for contracts in progress work complete under public sector during last 05 ( Five) years.
d) The minimum amount of liquid asset/working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be amounting Tk.10.00 (Ten ) Lac. Document (scan copy only) submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in a prescribed form for this purpose which is attached in Tender Documents (Form PW3-7) ,Otherwise the tender will be Non-Responsive.
e) Tender Capacity shall be Tk.10 (Ten) Lac.
f) Must have Up to Date TIN Certificate, VAT Registration certificate & Trade licence.
g) Must submit updated ABC licence.
h) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tender as shown in section-2 & section-4 to tender Document.
