Brief Description of Package: Temporary protection works for 230 kV Bheramara (BIPTC)-Ishwardi 3 & 4 Transmission line tower no-15 under GMD PGCB Ishwardi.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 10000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3333333 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1) Civil Contractor having enlistment of any Govt. Organization.
2) The tenderer shall have general working experience of at least 5 (five) years.
3) A satisfactory completion of similar works
i)  at least 132 kV or above Transmission line Tower foundation/ maintenance/ tower replacement work or
ii) River bank Protection or similar works in PGCB/ BWDB/ BIWTA or Government owned organization work order value of Tk 50 (fifty) lac in 2 (two) contract where 1(one) contract must have minimum 30(thirty) lac over a period of last 5 (five) years.
4) The average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk 40 (forty) lac in the best 3 (three) years over the last 5 (five) years from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
5) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 35 (thirty five) lac
6) The work shall have to be completed within 30 (Thirty) days from contact signing.
7) The tenderer should have skilled Manpower & Engineers as well as similar workers.
8) All works should be completed as per approved design and drawing.
9) As per TDS.
