* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 20000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
This Invitation for Tender (IFT) is open to all eligible supplier/distributor/manufacturer registered in e-gp system meeting the following criteria:
a) Up-to-date ABC Category Electrical Contractor and Electrical Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board.
b) Experience of minimum 05 (Five) years (FY: 2017-18 to 2022-23) in the electro-mechanical works.
c) A satisfactory completion of minimum 1 no 300-KVA Electrical Sub-station & 1 no 5KWp Solar system within last 5 (Five) years (FY: 2017-18 to 2022-23) shall be required of this tender under any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies.
d) Manufacturing Authorization of Sub-Station and Solar System have to be submitted with tender.
e) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 2,25,00,000 (Tk. Two Hundred Twenty Five Lac) over the last 5(five) years (FY: 2017-18 to 2022-23) (Total: 225*5 = 1125 Lac).
f) Liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of minimum Tk. 35,00,000 (Thirty Five Lac taka).
g) The Fees for downloading the e-Tender documents from the National e-GP System portal have to be deposited online through any registered Bank's Branched up to 14:00 on 28/05/2023.
h) The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason what so ever.
i) Technically responsive based on reasonable Required Analysis submitted and Satisfy other criteria laid down in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS)
