A) The reputed tenderer shall have minimum 5 years of general experience in building construction and repair works.
B) Satisfactory completion of similar nature of work worth not less than Tk. 2.50 (Two Point Five Zero) Lakh only in a single work order in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Bodies of Bangladesh during last 5 years.
C) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05 years amounting of Tk. 10.00 (Ten) Lakh.
D) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital/credit line of the tenderer shall be Tk. 3.00 (Three) Lakh in standard tender document format from scheduled bank of Bangldesh.
E) Up-to date Trade License, up-to date Income Tax Clearance and up-to date VAT Registration Certific
