Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 18333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 55000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 20000001 ~ 55000000.
Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for Tender is open for all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
(a) General Experience of minimum 5 (five) years in the electro-mechanical works and years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(b) Minimum specific experience of at least 01 (One) contract of supply, Installations, Testing and Commissioning of Substation successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 160.00 Lakh (One Hundred Sixty Lakh) in a single contract in any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies in Bangladesh.
i) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
ii) In case of the work done under any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of that organization and the same certificate will be duly verified by the concerned Exen of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
(c) The minimum amount of free fund (liquid assets) or working capitals of the Tenderer shall be Tk 180.00 (Tk. One hundred Eighty Lakh). Document of Liquid Assets to be submitted along with the tender must be issued between the publication date and deadline for submission of Tenders for this contract. In case of Line of credit, certificates must be unconditional and specified for this work only submitted in the prescribed Form of CPTU from any scheduled bank.
(d) Tenderer must submit Up to date i) Valid Trade license, ii) Income tax clearance certificate, iii) VAT Registration certificate, iv) Up to date ABC category Contractory & Electrical Supervisory license from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board,
(e) Other qualifications stated in Tender Data Sheet. (TDS)
