Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 833333 ~ 2500000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Properly registered in e-GP web portal.
2. Tenderer must have proper experience in supplying maintenance goods (mechanical/electrical) of Minimum 8.0 Lac BDT in at most Two tenders within last 3 years.
3.Tenderer must have Minimum liquid asset at least 9.0 Lac BDT.
4. Tenderer , who will quote the tender price deviated highly (10% above or below as example) in amount of percentage from official cost estimate reflecting the impossibility of supplying goods as per quality required by PE, may be rejected.
5. Tenderer can visit PE office to see the samples (if needed) during official working time and day. In this case, tenderer must show valid trade license copy to authority for permission.
6. All 100% goods must be supplied according to the requirement of quality and dimensions and satisfaction of engineer-in-charge.
7. Others condition specifed in TDS.
