Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 5000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 15000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5000001 ~ 15000000.

Eligibility criteria:
01 The Bidder shall be Local manufacturer or authorized representative/agent of foreign manufacturer.
02. Bidder shall have exclusive agency agreement /Authorization with manufacturer.
03. Bidder shall have ISO 9001: 2015 & ISO 14001 Certificate.
04. The bidder must submit a sample of controller/inverter  in BMDA, Rangpur Circle store before submission of offer. The original copy of the receipt of the same must be enclosed with the offer. No offer will be entertained without submission of sample.
05) Bidder shall be renowned supplier and have ability to complete all the necessary works within the specified delivery time. The bidder who has a previous record of failure to complete all the works within delivery time in any Govt./Semi Govt./ Autonomous organizations irrigation project will not be accepted.
06. Bidder must submit all the required papers and documents to proof their eligibility as per tender documents (including Technical specifications and Special terms and conditions).
07. Bidder must have updated trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, TIN and VAT registration certificate.
All experience certificate to be submitted as per prescribed format of PPR -2008 (as per annexures-C) in any government/semi-government/autonomous organizations and Years counting backward form date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.
