Brief Description of Package: Description of Goods: Specified on price schedule of Tender document

Description of Service: The following services need to be carried out and not limited to:

(a) Check inlet regulating valve, inlet poppet valve, oil-air separator, minimum pressure valve, control feedback, load/unload mechanism, cooling mechanism, non-return valve etc. to find out either any functional deficiencies and if found, replace/repair that particular item.

(b) Overall servicing of the 02 (two) compressors in such way that the compressors becomes stable in operation and loading/un-loading phenomena becomes satisfactory.

(c) Dismantling of motor-compressor coupling, check the bearings, shaft seals, gasket, o-ring, wearing parts etc. and if found any abnormalities; that particular item needs to be replaced.

(d) Ensure stable and reliable operating conditions
Tender Document Price: Tk. 1000; Tender Security: 40000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1333333 ~ 4000000.
