Brief Description of Package: Refiling and maintenance work of expired CO2, Foam & ABCE powder for the fire fighting system of Faridpur 50 MW peaking power plant.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 333333 ~ 1000000.

Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following documents:
a)The Tenderer shall have a minimum of  03(three) years of General experience in Goods/Works related services. .
b) The minimum specific experience as similar Works (Fire Refilling Related) of at least One (01) contract successfully completed within the last Five (5) years, with a value of at least Tk. 2 Lakh BDT.
c) The Tenderers shall have minimum Liquid assets/Cash flow/Credit facilities shall be TK. 4.00 [Four] Lakh BDT.
d) Tenderer shall have to submit updated Trade License, VAT registration certificate, NID ,authorization certificate, TIN and  Income Tax payment certificate alongwith tax paid receipt. 
e) The tenderers must have updated License/Certificate from Bangladesh Fire Service and Civil Defence.
f) The tenderers must have  valid License from BSTI .
h) Required documents of importer/own factory of tenderer's must be submitted. 
i) The tenderer must have good quality government lab test report for ABCE dry chemical powder.
j) Tenderer shall have to submit minimum 12 (Twelve) months Warranty certificate of offered products.
k) Any other documents to be submitted as mentioned in the Tender Documents.
