Brief Description of Package: Supply of 450 mm outer dia MS pipe (Each pipe minimum 6 meter long and wall thickness 5mm) as per Specification.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 23333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 70000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 23333333 ~ 70000000.

Eligibility criteria:
a) Local manufacturer who have industrial license, environmental clearance certificate from the Directorate of Environment (DoE), 5 (Five) years over all production and 3 (Three) years specific experience in supplying 450mm dia MS pipe in any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous organization. (Details describes in TDS)
b) Factory test report have to be submitted with the supplied goods.
c) Tenderer shall submit the sample for each item (i.e. 1meter MS pipe 1 piece) in Rajshahi regional store before submission of tender and receipt of the depositing shall have to be attached with the Tender document.
d) Production capacity with detailed analysis has to be submitted with the tender documents.
e) Tenderer who fulfill the qualifications criteria stipulated in the TDS, PCC, other conditions of the tender documents and having updated valid trade license, VAT, TIN etc.
***All other terms and conditions as mentioned in the tender document (Section 2 & 4) should be fulfilled by tenderer.
