C) Supply and installation of 2 H.P pump motor set in Rangpur Model Family Hospital including ancillary electrical repair works.

D) Replacement of electrical fittings along with damaged/unserviceable wiring at old auditorium of Rangpur Medical College Hospital.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1033333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 3100000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1033333 ~ 3100000.

Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :
(A) Reputed Government approved contractors/construction firms who have minimum 05(Five) years of general experience both in Civil and Electrical repair, maintenance and installation works.
(B) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 1(one) number of similar nature of works worth not less than Tk. 6.00 (Six) Lakh in a single work order/tender in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years in standard work completion format attached in STD.
(C) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5(five) years amounting of Tk. 22.00 (Twenty Two ) Lakh.
(D) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital/creditline of the tenderer shall be Tk. 11.00 (Eleven) Lakh only, supported by Bank certificate against the name of the work in the form of PW2a-3 (Line of Credit) only, counted 28 (Twenty Eight) days before from the date of opening of tender. otherwise tenderer will be considered as non-responsive.
(E) Up-to dated Trade License, TIN & Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate
(F) Up-to date ABC/BC Category of Contractory and Supervisory License along with PWD Civil License.
(G) All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 & Section-4) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
(H) As per latest Amendment of PPR-2008 and ITT clause no. 30.3, Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
