* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 666666 ~ 2000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1) The supplier must have trade licence , TIN and BIN Certificate.
2) The tenderer shall have general working experience of at least 3 (Three) years.
3) The Tenderer should have completion of any work/supply experience at least 1(one) number of work valued Tk. 6 (six) lac in last 5(five) years in Govt. organization or Govt. owned company.
4) The average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk 10 (ten) lac in the best 2 (two) years over the last 5 (five) years.
5) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 8 (eight) lac.
6) The suuply shall have to be completed by 15 (Fifteen) days after agreement.
7) The quality of supplied will be tested/verified before delivery. Only quality item will be accepted.
