Eligibility criteria:
1. The Tenderer must submit TIN certificate, latest Tax return submission certificate, Valid income Tax Certificate, Trade License and VAT Registration Certificate.
2. Documentary evidence for the minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods as Supplier shall be 3 years in any government / Semigovernment/ Autonomous organisation.
3. Documentary evidence for the minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Goods like sanitary or consumable items of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 5 years, with a value of at least Tk. 500000 in any government / Semigovernment/ Autonomous organisation.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be TK. 5,00,000 (Five Lac BDT) .
5. The Tenderer must submit authorization letter from their valid firm to the specific person.
