b) The Tenderer must have to submit to date income tax clearance certificate, TIN, VAT registration certificate, Updated Trade License, and Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter/ Authorized Reseller or Distributor proof with the tender.
c) BASIS membership certificate
d) Certificate of Incorporation
e) Audit Report for a minimum of 3 years
f) Experience certificate of the successful completion of similar assignments
g) Other eligibility criteria imposed in TDS and tender document, and
h) Criteria as per PPR-2008 and PPA-2006 (with the latest amendment).
