Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 6666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 20000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 6666666 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
As per TDS, instructions for the tenderer:
1. Number of TWs may decrease/increase; depends on allocation from the CE’s office.
2. The certificates submitted by the tenderer in proof of Specific Experience should be as per the standard format having information like particulars of PE in/c e-mail & contact no, business shares in case of JV, time extension, liquidity damage, contract & final bill amount, etc. A tenderer failing to submit will be considered as “Non responsive” during evaluation.
3. Only the Payment Certificate (No Experience Certificate) will be considered in Turn-over & Tender Capacity calculation during evaluation to avoid errors in calculation.
4. In the case of liquid assets, a certificate with a statement from the bank should be submitted and for credit facilities, it should be sanctioned and both must be issued not earlier than IFT.
5. In case of tender capacity tenderer must submit the data/information regarding works in hand and committed works as per attached/uploaded in the Particular Specification Section. A tenderer failing to submit will be considered as “Non responsive” during evaluation.
6. Quoted boring rate should increase proportionally according to the depth of the well (From the bottom of the housing). Otherwise, the tender would be considered “Non responsive” during evaluation.
7. Any tender having uncompleted works in more than one package within the same organization and time exceeding 100% of that work order will be considered as “Non responsive” during evaluation.
8. If a tenderer wants to qualify more than one package, each package shall be qualified separately for Liquid Asset & Tender Capacity.
