Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 13333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 40000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 13333333 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
a) The tenderer shall be actual manufacturer or authorized agent of foreign manufacturer. Only one authorized agent of manufacturer will be alowed.
b) The Manufacturer shall have minimum 3 (three) years experience in overall production/Manufacturer of pontoon, Lonch, Cargo, Costar, Barge and two years specific experience for supply & commissioning of pontoon with necessary accessories.
c) Tenderer must have update trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, TIN and VAT registration certificate.
d) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum Tk.1.00 crore under maximum 01 contracts in the last 05 years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
