4. Satisfactory Completion Certificate of Civil Maintenance works or Similar works of at least Tk 4,50,000.00 (In Words: Four Lac and Fifty Thousands Taka Only) under 02 (Two) of contracts over a period of 03 years shall be required.
5. Relevant Documents showing Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk 25,00,000.00 (In Words: Twenty Five Lac taka only) over the last 05 (Five) years.
6. Relevant Documents showing minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 3,50,000.00 (In Words: Three Lac and Fifty Thousands Taka Only)
7. It is mendetory to be ABC licence holder and an enlisted contractor of PDB.
