Brief Description of Package: Supply of SPC Pole.

* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 11666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 35000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 11666666 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
a) The tenderer shall be manufacturer & having industrial license / Suppler of electrict line Construction materials.The Manufacturer shall have a minimum 3 years of overall experience for manufacturing of similar goods & 1 year specific supply experience of the materials / Suppler having minimum 1 year specific supply experience of the materials.
b) The tenderer shall have experience for similar of goods successfully completed over the last 5 years in a single contract amounting Tk.75 lakh in any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous organization
c) Certificate should be enclosed issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
d) The authority reserves the right to verify physically the production capacity and technical ability of the factory before evaluation or issuance of notification of award if it feels necessary.
e) The authorized representative/agent is only applicable for the supplier.
f) Tenderers having updated valid trade license,income tax clearance certificate,TIN & VAT Registration certificate. Copy of these certificates and original money receipt of purchasing tender documents must be enclosed along with the tender in addition to the required papers mentioned in the tender documents.
g) Work certificate to be attached with the tender.
h) The minimum amount of free funds (liquid assets)/credit facilities Tk.80 lakh.
All other conditions as mentioned in the tender document should be full filled by the tenderer.
