Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 46666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 140000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor in construction works of at least 1 contract of similar nature, complexity and method/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 years, contract value of at least Tk. 35,000,000. Experience in similar contracts means experience in Construction of Fecal Sludge Treatment Plant / Waste Water Treatment Plant. In the case of JV, the value of contracts completed by its members shall not be aggregated to determine whether the requirement of the minimum value of a single contract has been met. Instead, each contract performed by each member shall satisfy the minimum value of a single contract as required for single entity. In determining whether the JV meets the requirement of total number of contracts, only the number of contracts completed by all members each of value equal or more than the minimum value required shall be aggregated.During tender evaluation, the Specific Experience of the Tenderer in case of JV shall be considered to be proportionate to the business share of the Tenderer. Such value of the contract as specific experience must be equal to or greater than Tk. 35,000,000. If Work Completion certificate is given for different type of works together in that case value of â??Construction of Fecal Sludge Treatment Plant / Waste Water Treatment Plant must be documented specifically.
The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 80,000,000 over the last 5 years. Period may be the last 5 (Five) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-gp web site.
The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 15,000,000. Liquid asset will require to be submitted in the prescribed format as attached in the bid document.
