Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 960000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2880000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 960000000 ~ 2880000000.
Eligibility criteria:
Tenders from all eligible countries
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.
(b) The minimum Specific Experience as a Prime Contractor or Management Contractor in Construction Work of a at least 1 (One) Bitumenous Road Work contracts of Similar Nature, Complexity and methods / Construction Technology (Bitumenous Road Work) successfuly completed within the last 10 (Ten) years with a value of at least Tk. 7500.00 Lac (Seventy-Five Crore).
(c) The required average annual construction turnover (payment certificates will be considered) shall be greater than Tk.5500.00 Lac(Fifty-Five Crore) only over the best 5 (Five) years in the last 10 (Ten) Years (according to Form 3_Turnover Information attached section 7).
(d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or Working Capital or Credit Facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 2000.00 Lac (Twelve Crore) only (Bank Statement or Credit Facilities issued not more than 28 (twenty eight) days prior to the day of original deadline for submission of Tenders for this Contract.).
NOTE:
Please also note that in case of joint venture, Lead and individual partners must submit liquid asset individually : State in the TDS.
(e) The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk. 11000.00 Lac (One Hundred Ten Crore) only (according to the Form 6_Existing Work. Information attached section 7).
(f) Personnel Capacity & Equipment List state in the TDS (according to the Form 4_Personnel Information & the Form 5_Equipment Information attached section 7).
