Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer must have the following criteria-
1. Valid Income Tax Certificate (Up to Date)
2. The Tenderer must have a minimum of 03 (Three) Years of General Experience in the
supply of related Goods.
3. A satisfactory completion of related supply goods to any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous
Organization of at least Tk.9,00,000(Nine Lac BDT) under a Single Contract over a period
of 03(Three) years must be required (Contract agreement & Works Completion Certificate
must be submitted).
4. Tenderer must submit Distributor Authorization Certificate.
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets of working capital of credit facilities of the
Tenderer must be Tk. 14 Lac.
6. Updated VAT Registration Certificate.
