Eligibility criteria:
As per TDS.
1. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in RCC Building Construction works of at least one contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last Five years, each with a value of at least Tk. 350.00 Lac Only.
2. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 500.00 Lac over the last Five years.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 125.00 Lac
4. The certificates submitted by the tenderer in proof of Specific Experience / AACT must be as per the standard format.
5. The data/information submitted by the tenderer in proof of Tender Capacity must be as per the standard format.
6. All supporting documents as mentioned in ITT clause 25 of TDS.
7. Bank statement of last 05 (Five) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper from a scheduled bank.
