Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 8333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 25000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 8333333 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of lift and related services as supplier shall be 5 (five) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of lift in a single contract successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years in Government /Semi-Government/Autonomous organization,with a value of at least Tk. 75.00 lakh. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Supplier shall be Tk. 90.00 lakh . If supplier submits liquid asset document,he must declare a statement overthrough bank that tenderer will expends that liquid asset for the execution of that particuler work . Otherwise the bank will be liable. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in e-GP.
4. The supplier must posses/submit
i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate.
ii) Up-to-date trade license and VAT registration .
iii) Up-to-date ABC category contractory and supervisory license from
Electricity Licensing Board.
v) Manufacturer's authorization letter.
vi) Attested copy of documents mentioned in Sl. No. i, ii , iii, iv and original copy of Sl.No. v to be submitted.
