3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 1,35,00,000 ( One Crore Thirty Five Lac) only over the last 05 (Five) years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tender shall be Tk.18,00,000 ( Eighteen Lac Taka) only.
