Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for Tender is open for all eligible Tenderers Under Gopalganj Public Works Division as mentioned below:
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 3(Three) years.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 01(One) contract of the same nature and Complexity of Work completed within the last 03(Three) years in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh, with a value of at least Tk 5,00,000.00 (Tk Five Lakh).
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 5,00,000.00 (Tk Five Lakh) over the best 3 years in the last 5(Five) years.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 4,0,000.00 (Tk Four Lakh) Liquid asset or credit commitment must be unconditional and submitted in the form of a letter of commitment from any scheduled bank undertaking for a line of credit in Prescribed Form.
(e) Tender Capacity of the Tenderer shall be Tk 6,00,000.00 (Tk Six Lakh )
(f) The Tenderer must enclose up to date Trade License, Income Tax certificate & Valid VAT documents.
(g) Other required eligibility and condition of the tenderer are given in TDS, GCC & PCC
