Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 20000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 60000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 20000001 ~ 60000000.

Eligibility criteria:
(a) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1(One) contract(s) of similar nature (Bituminous Carpeting Road With Drain), complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5(Five) years, each with a value of at least BDT 202.00 (Two Hundred Two) Lakh Only.
(b) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT 215.00 (Two Hundred Fifteen) Lakh Only over the last 5 (Five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. (Only payment certificate shall be acceptable for turn over calculation.)
(c) The minimum tender capacity shall be BDT BDT 215.00 (Two Hundred Fifteen) Lakh Lakh Only.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 67.00 (Sixty Seven) Lakh Only. In case of liquid assets, statement (print) of bank accounts of the bidder issued within 1 month before bid submission deadline; in case of working capital, the last year audited balance sheet of the bidder; in case of credit facilities, the certificate issued by the schedule bank according to CPTU prescribed form referencing to this Package No: LGCRRP/TANGAIL/2022-23/W-01
