Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 666666 ~ 2000000.

Eligibility criteria:
a) Tenderer shall have completion certificate of Civil work at least 5 (Five) lakh Taka in a single contract with in last 5 (five) years in any Government/Semi-government/Autonomous organization
(b)Tenderer shall have updated Trade license, Vat Registration certificate ,TIN/BIN etc
(c) Tenderers must submit performance certificate mentioning progress of running works under PE's organization . Past performance of the contractor within PE’s jurisdiction shall be considered for becoming successful responsive Tenderer.
(d) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 5(Five) lakhs over a period of last 5 years.
(e) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 5(Five) lakhs from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh.
(f) The minimum capacity shall be 5(Five) lakhs
(g) Details Description of Section-2 (TDS) & 4 (PCC) attached at Section-7 General Specifications
All experience certificate to be submitted as per prescribed format of PPR -2008 ( As per Attachment) in any government/semi-government/autonomous organizations and Years counting backward from date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.
