b) The Tenderers shall have Experience of similar nature of work having contract amount of Tk. 11.00 (Elevan) lac in a single contract within the last 5 (five) years.
c) The Tenderers shall have average annual construction turnover greater than Tk. 16.00 (Sixteen) lac over the last 05 (five) years. (The Annual Construction Turnover shall be counted by payment Certificate).
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 11.00 (Elevan) lac
e) The Tenderers shall have The Minimum Tender Capacity of Tk. 11.00 (Elevan) lac
f) The Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected as per ITT Clause 30.3
g) If the total quoted price is more than 5% (five percent) less/above the Engineer's Estimate, then the tenderer must submit an item-wise Analysis of Rates along with tender.
h) The Tenderer shall owner essential equipments and other physical facilities or ensure access through contractual arrangement hiring or leasing or such means for the full working order. The essential Equipments are specified below:

c) Other necessary equipment Labur or tools etc.
