If the quoted price is more than ten percent (10.00%) above/less of the approved official estimate, the tenderer must upload the Rate Analysis.
2. Up-to-date trade license, VAT and TAX certificate.
3. As per consent of CPTU, the Tenderer shall be evaluated in the e-Gp system with the help of online database system-TDMS.
4. All other criteria mentioned in TDS and PCC.
5. A Tenderer not having sufficient information in the TDMS system may be evaluated as ineligible.
