Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 8000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 24000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 8000000 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
a) The Tenderer/Manufacturer shall have a minimum of three (3) years of general experience in the supply of goods and related services.
b) The Tenderer/Manufacturer shall have successfully completed supply of similar goods (Chemicals) of minimum Taka. Fifty Lac (50,00,000/-) under a single contract in the last three (3) years.
c) The Tenderer should have valid updated Trade License, should be financially solvent, regular Income Tax payee/updated BIN certificate, should have the legal capacity to enter into the contract, and should not have a conflict of interest pursuant to Rule of EGCB procurement Policy 2015

(1) Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP web portal.
(2) Successful tenderer shall have to sign a framework contract for a period of one (01) year from the date of contract signing.
