Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 383333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1150000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 383333 ~ 1150000.
Eligibility criteria:
a)Reputed Contractors/Firms who have minimum 3 (Three) years of general experience in Construction /Civil Repair Works.
b) Must have successful completion of at least 1 (one) number similar nature of works of Government / semi Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (Five) years minimum amounting Tk. 2.40 Lakh (TWO POINT FOUR ZERO Lakh) only in a single Contract. Last 05 (Five) years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
c) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turn over amounting Tk.20.00 Lakh(TWENTY Lakh ). This must be supported by total certified payment received for contracts in progress work complete under public sector during last 05 ( Five) years.
d) The minimum amount of liquid asset/working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be amounting Tk 5.40 Lakh (FIVE POINT FOUR ZERO Lakh ). Document (Original copy only) submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in a prescribed form for this purpose which is attached in Tender Documents of Section-5 : Tender & contract form (Form PW2a-3). Otherwise the tender will be Non-Responsive.
e) Tenderer must have valid VAT Registration Certificate,up to date Trade License, Income - Tax clearance certificate.
f) The tender capacity of the tenderer should not be less than Tk.2.80 Lakh (TWO POINT EIGHT ZERO Lakh) .
g) Terms and conditions as stated in PPA 2006 and PPR 2008 with all amendments will be applicable for eligible criteria.
