Eligibility criteria:

ITT 15.1 (a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05[Five] years.
15.1 (b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01[one number] contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 [Five years], each with a value of at least Tk. 75.00Lakh[Seventy Five Lakh ].
16.1 (a) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 240.00Lakh[ Two Hundred Fourty Lakh] over the last 05[Five ] years.
16.1(b) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 40.00 [Fourty Lakh]
16.1(d) The minimum capacity shall be 90.00Lakh[ Eighty Lakh]
