Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2000000 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer should fulfill all criteria which are stated in TDS.
2. Tenderer should submit their credit line facility / Liquid assets certificate according to the attached format. Without credit line facility /Liquid assets certificate according to attached format tender declared as non-responsive. Amount of liquid assets is TK.18,50,000.00/- (Eighteen Lac Fifty Thousand Taka).
3. After completion the tender opening process, if disabled to download important documents of the tender, which consider the tender evaluation. In order to, the tender may be treated as non-responsive.
4. Up to date Trade license, VAT, Tax Certificate for the year 2022-23.
5. Similar nature of supply work who have completed one work minimum amount Tk 12,00,000.00/- (Twelve Lac Taka) over a period of last 5 years in Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous body.
6. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in Supply of related works at least one contract successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 16,00,000.00/- (Sixteen Lac Taka).
7. The general experience of the Tenderer shall be five years.
8. All BD/BG/Pay Order must be in favor of Jashore University of Science & Technology, Jashore -7408.
9. Catalogue should be submitted.
10. Non submission of Manufacturer Authorization Certificate will disqualify the offer straightly during opening of tender as per General Conditions of Contract of PPR.
11. If the supplier is not the sole distributor of Bangladesh then should submit a permission letter from Sole distributor.
