* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 4000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 12000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 4000000 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer have to submit the following documents:
a) Latest income tax certificate, VAT certificate, Chemical trade license.
b) The satisfactory completion of water treatment chemicals in any power plant(s) amounting not less than BDT 40,00,000.00 (taka forty lakh only) in the last 05 (five) years under maximum 02(two) contracts.
c) Tenderer shall have a minimum of 03 (three) years experiance in the supply of water treatment related chemicals in Government/Semi-government/ Autonomous organization.
d) Bank solvency certificate of BDT 35,00.000.00 (Taka thirty five lakh only).
e) Tenderer must submit 1 kg sample of Sodium Hypochlorite.
f) Tenderer must submit a written commitment that, they are committed to supply goods at point of delivery in their own cost.
