Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 12333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 37000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 12333333 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3 (Three) years of experience in the supply, Installation and commissioning of UF membrane, WTP RO Membrane and Accessories and also supply water treatment related chemicals,
2. The satisfactory completion of supply of different water treatment chemicals, supply, Installation and commissioning of UF membrane, WTP RO Membrane and Accessories in any Govt./Semi-govt/Autonomous organizations/Power Plants/Private amounting not less than BDT 1,20,00000.00 (Taka One Crore Twenty Lakh Only) Months under maximum 03 (Three) contracts. [N.B. Satisfactory completion of supply of different water treatment chemicals and supply, Installation and commissioning of UF membrane, WTP RO Membrane and Accessories amounting less than BDT 40,00,000.00 (TakaFortyy lac Only) under a single contract shall not be considered for evaluation].
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), from any scheduled bank, net of other contractual commitments is BDT 1,25,00000.00 (Taka One Crore Twenty-five Lakh Only).
[1. Tenderer shall submit only those supporting documents of financial capacity which are generated posterior to the date of publication of this tender.
2. In case of credit facility (i.e. line of credit), Tenderer’s Bank is advised to use the Form PG3-8 prescribed in the Standard Tender Document PG3 which must include Procuring entity name and tender name/ID. Submission of the credit facility in any other format may be ground for rejection of the Tender. (The document PG3 can be downloaded from the CPTU website https://cptu.gov.bd/standard-documents/standard-tender-document.html or can be collected from the PE’s office)].
4.The minimum supply capacity of UF membrane and Accessories is 15 Pieces which must be certified by the Manufacturer.
