Eligibility criteria:
A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk Twenty Six Lakh (26,00,000) only under single number of contract over a period of Five(05) years from any Government, Semi Govt. or Autonomous organizations shall be required..
The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. Forty Three Lakh Fifty Thousand (43,50,000) over the last best two (2) years in the last five (5) years.
The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk Twenty Five Lakh (25,00,000) only.
The minimum capacity shall be:Tk. Thirty four Lakh (34,00,000) only.
In addition to these the contractor has to comply by the required experience/documents stated in TDS, PCC and Tender Forms.
