Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 10000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3333333 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) Reputed construction firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in construction works and also have specific experience in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of similar work (Lift supply and installation) of Tk. 35.00 (Thrity five ) lakh in a single work order in last 5(five) years in Govt/Semi-Govt /Autonomous Body . Tenderer must submit the documents to prove 5 years construction experiences.
b) Tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turn over of Tk. 50 (Fifty) Lakh, best 3 ( Three) years of last 5( Five) years . Payment certificates to be attached.
c) The liquid assets/ credit facility/ cash fund not less than Tk. 40( Forty) lakh. Bank documents in support of liquid assets must be submitted. In case of credit line, specific FORMAT (PW 2a-3/ePW 2a-3) to be used by the bank without altering/modifying any word/sentence and adding any condition. In all case issue date of bank document should be after IFT publication in eGP portal.
d) Tender Security of Tk. 1,00,000.00 ( One Lakh) to be issued in favour of Chief Engineer, SUST, Sylhet.
e) Experience certificate should have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer/ equivalent officer of concerned organizations.
f) Minimum Tender capacity is not less than Tk 50 (Fifty) Lakh.
g) In all cases, backward period will be counted from the date of publication of IFT in eGP portal.
Conditions :
a) The Tender will be non-responsive if total quoted value of Tender is more than 10% less or more than 10% above than the official cost estimate.
