Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 250000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 750000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 250000000 ~ 750000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. As described in tender document.
2. The minimum numbers of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years.
3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in successful completion of at least 1 (One) number of 9 (Nine ) storied RCC building including Civil works, Sanitary works, Fire detection system work and Electrical works (starting from foundation) in a single contract in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization sof Bangladesh within the last 05(five) years, with a value of at least Tk.18.00 (Eighteen ) Crore.
4. The required average annual construction turnover i.e. total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed under public sector from respective procuring entity shall be greater than Tk 33.00 (Thirty Three) Crore over the last 5 years [ 2017-18, 2018-19,2019-20,2020-21, 2021-2022]
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk 8.00 (Eight) Crore.(This will be given by the proper format ).
6. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk 24.00 (Twenty four) crore
7. Up-to date Trade License, Income Tax clearance and VAT Registration Certificate and Nationality Certificate.
8. Up-to date ABC category contractor and supervisory License from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
9. Tenderer must submit their BOQ within the limit of 10.000%. If any tenderer submits more/lower than 10% above or less of the official estimated cost respectively then the tenderer will be selected as non-responsive by the order of Gazette, August 2016.
10. Tenderer will be selected as non-responsive/debar for submission of any fake documents.
11. The Tenderer must have 1 (one) Graduate Engineer for full time site supervision and others as per tds.
