Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1333333 ~ 4000000.

Eligibility criteria:
i) Tenderers must have similar nature of experience of Repair & Maintenance works of tk 10.00 lac (Ten Lakh Taka Only) within last 3 (Three) years (Backward years Counting from the IFT date).
ii) Liquid asset should be 8.00 lac taka only (Bank statement should be after tender Publication Date)
iii) Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents
a. Similar Nature Experience certificate.
iv) Tender validity shall be 120 days.
v) Tender Security shall be Tk 40,000.00 (Forty Thousand).
vi) The amount of Performance Security shall be Five (5) to Twenty-Five (25) percent of the Contract Price.
vii) The Defects Liability Period should be 12 months.
viii) The amount of Liquidated Damages or in other words Delay Damages is 0.05 percent of final Contract price of the uncompleted Works or any part thereof it’s per day of delay.
ix) The percentage to apply to the contract value of the works not completed, representing the Procuring Entity’s additional cost for completing the uncompleted Works, is Ten (10) percent.
x) Tenderers must have Updated income tax clearance, valid VAT Registration, Updated trade license certificate, National ID
xi) The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
xii) Payment will be made as per availability of fund but the whole work must be completed within the stipulated time.
