c) All tenderers are requested to submit their manufacturer Authorization certificate with technical specification on DG and HIP grade reflective sheeting with ISO Certificate, country of origin Japan/USA or Equivalent for ensuring the quality of products.
d. Any type of apathy/negligence/delay of execution of work will cost the winning bidder a penalty of minimum 3 years debar in respective zone.
