Eligibility criteria:
a. All Tender must follow the PPA-2006 & PPR-2008:
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded as per Standard Tender Document (STD).
(I) Last 03 (three) years general experience of supply of Goods and related services in any government organization;Years cunting bacward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(II) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum Tk.37 Lakh under 01 (one) contract in any government organization successfully completed within the last 03 (three) years i.e. counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System;
(III) Certificate of bank solvency with minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities of minimum Tk.40 Lakh (From PG3-8);
(IV) Up-to-date Valid Trade License;
(V) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate;
(VI) e-BIN (13 digit) registration certificate;
(VII) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company);
(VIII) Sample [200 gm Mashur Dal] must be submitted to in 3(three) transparent containers to the Jail as per sample and technical specifications before tender opening date and time.
