Eligibility criteria:
A. All Tenderer must follow the PPR-2008 Rules & Regulation ;
B. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded :
(i) Minimum 01 (One) years general experience of supply of Lentil/Dietary Items /similar goods in Bangladesh jail or any government organization .
(ii) The satisfactory completion of supply similar Goods of Tk. 30,000 (Thirty) Thousand under 01(one) contract in the last 03 (Three) years i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-Gp System.
(iii) Certificate of bank solvency (Issued by march/23) with minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities of Tk.30,000 (Thirty) Thousand (ITT clause-15.1a: From PG3-8) (In case of Bank Commitment for credit line or Bank letter of commitment as a Bank solvency It will be mention To The jail super, Jhalokathi and specify Tender ID and Reference No.
(iv) Up-to date Valid Trade License OR Valid Prison Contract License ;
(v) Up-to date IncomTax clearance certificate ;
(vi) e-BIN (13 digit) registration certificate ;
(vii) Certificate of incorporation(in case of limited company) and authorization latter or contract deed with the importer/supplier tread is a bidder ;
(viii) Sample [200 gm. Choler Dal ] must be submitted to in three transparent containers to the jail as per technical specification sample on or before tender opening date and time.
