Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2200000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6600000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2200000 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
a. All the Tenderer must follow the PPR-2008 Rules & Regulation
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded:-
(1) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 (three) years.i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System;
(2) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of Tk.1600000.00 Sixteen lakh under 2 contracts in the last 03 (three) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System; (Noa,Contract deed.work order completion certificate must be submitted) in the last 3 years.
(3)Certificate of bank solvency with minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit facilities shall beTaka 1800000.00 Eighteen lakh [Form PG3-8/ PG2-5];
(4) The amount of the tender security shall be Tk.66,000/-(Sixty Six Thousands)
(5) Up-to-date Valid Trade License as supplier;
(6) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate;
(7) e-BIN (13 digits) registration certificate;
(8) Sample [200 gm. Mashur Dal (Mota)] must be submitted in 03 (Three) transparent containers to the Jail as per technical specification on or before tender opening date and time.
